Due to the success of our Wellness Workshop for Parents last year during our school’s Wellness Week, it was decided to run two workshops for Parents this year.
Patents really enjoyed these Wellness Workshops, presented by Pauline Clarke from MindNua. They were both informative and helpful and provided parents with strategies to assist them to prioritise their future Wellness.
A big Thank You to our pupils in the senior school for providing refreshments after the workshops on both days. Parents really enjoyed the opportunity to chat and share experiences with each other.
