Between electric whisks, food processors, timers, the whiteboard and grills, we were all about technology these past few weeks in the home ec kitchen. We used the whisks for cakes, the food processor and grill for home made burgers with side salad and the timers to make sure everything cooked just right. The whiteboard helps us provide evidence of what we are learning for Level 1 and 2.
