Throughout the month of January we have been learning all about houses and homes. From animals homes to yurts and castles and everything in between. We have learned about dangers in the home such as poison and fire and also learned about how to sort rubbish in our home - by sorting recycling.
Our story this month was the 3 little pigs which is known and loved by the pupils in Primrose so we expanded our knowledge of the story to sequence events in it, and create art based on the story as well as taking part in science experiments using building materials. We made bird houses for our lovely sensory garden here in the HFS and enjoyed all aspects of this theme.
