Some lucky ducks from Starling and Blackbird classes visited Martry Mill outside Kells to see how wheat is made onto flour.
James the Miller gave us such a wonderful tour of his family mill. We got to make and taste some fresh brown bread and then we milled our very own flour to take with us.
We met an extra special friend on our way home, which was great quack!!😁
