Our theme for January was Winter. The weather outside certainly played along with us! We enjoyed a lovely sensory story about A Winter’s Walk. We dressed up in our warm Winter clothes and also dressed our wee teddy bear ready for a walk outside. We made hot chocolate, did some lovely Winter art, played with our winter wonderland small world and sang some Winter themed songs in our circle time. We also talked about Christmas and look at some photos of what we got from Santa. We settled back in very well after the holidays and are ready now for some milder Spring weather!
