Healthy Eating Talk by Abbotts

Today we were very lucky and had some staff from Abbotts in Cootehill, in to talk to us about "Healthy Eating & Exercise". We had lots of fun and really enjoyed it. We all learned some new exercises to do at home with our family. Everyone got a goody bag, medal and certificate for our participation. A great time had by all.
