Bread Making in January

We got our new year of baking off to a great start by baking breads, the first one is a Cheese & Chive Bread which turned out lovely as you will see from the photos below. Well done everyone!

Paul is adding the grated cheese to his flour and margarine

Darragh is mixing the egg and milk together in a jug.

James is carefully adding the wet ingredients to the dry ones.

Now that the bread is the right shape, Howard puts it on his greased baking tray.

Benny glazes the bread with the leftover egg and milk mixture.
