We have had a great first week back in Ash Class! In numeracy, the children really enjoyed investigating objects/stimuli in motion during group work, especially the car on the race track PLU 2, 2.2. We also worked on recognising objects/stimuli that are the same or different through sorting socks, cutlery and activities in workstations PLU 2, 2.5. In literacy, we have been working on indicating our preferred objects/activities/items and refusing non preferred objects/activities/items PLU 1, 1.14. As a result, we have discovered the children are very fond of the quiet sensory room, classroom tablet, treats and the playground.😆We also celebrated Ashley's 14th Birthday today in Ash class, with some cake and treats. Happy Birthday Ashley!! 🎂🎉
